HPDC Assembly

In the HPDC Assembly, we are providing SMG versions. High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) is a very efficient production technology for creating a wide range of product types. The method drives molten metal into a closed steel die cavity at high speed and pressure. Both the stationary and moving halves of the die are attached to the plates of the die casting machine. The injection end of the die casting machine employs hydraulics and compressed gas to propel a piston forward, pouring molten metal into the closed steel die. The HPDC Assembly also incorporates a clamping end that absorbs injection pressure.
